26. A party who intends to adduce an expert’s report as evidence shall file 2 copies with the secretariat of the Tribunal and send one copy to the other parties on the date fixed by the Tribunal or, failing that, at least 15 days before the date of the hearing, unless the Tribunal decides otherwise.
